This replacement unit fits into your B&W Turnoverball underbed gooseneck hitch to provide the base for the B&W Companion fifth-wheel trailer hitch.

Adjustable pivot arms let you mount hitch head (sold separately) to fit your application
Move arms fore or aft for improved cab clearance
